GrowX

GrowX support

GrowX is a private beta research and writing workspace from Flyin Media LLC. The current release is an owner-controlled workspace for authorized use and approved testing. The owner and invited teammates sign in with individual credentials and share sources, named lists, drafts, voice settings, and connected-account tools. There are no private per-list permissions. The owner creates invitation links valid for 72 hours and shares them manually; no invitation emails are sent automatically. The owner can revoke a member and their sessions. There is no public signup. Installing the Chrome extension does not create a workspace or grant access to the owner's data.

Contact

Email sebastian@flyinmedia.com for support, private-beta access questions, or privacy and deletion requests. Include the extension version, the action you tried, and the error shown. Share only the information needed to explain the issue. Never send passwords, pairing codes, session tokens, or API keys.

Try the local demo

On the unpaired extension screen, choose Try local demo. No credentials are needed. Capture selected text with the demo capture button, review its title, URL, and text, save it to a named local list, then add it to a draft. Edit the instructional draft or start a new one. Exit and re-enter to reopen your local work. The persistent demo banner distinguishes this mode from an authorized workspace. AI, X discovery, account connections, team invitations and membership, uploads, and publishing are unavailable. Clear demo data removes only the separate demo copies. Context-menu captures are not imported into demo mode.

Connect the Chrome extension

Open the GrowX workspace and sign in with authorized workspace access. In Voice & settings, create a pairing code for the exact extension origin displayed in the Chrome side panel. Enter it in the side panel within five minutes. A code works once; generate a new one if it expires. Account connection setup opens in the full workspace and requires explicit X authorization.

Capture and write

On an ordinary web page, select text and choose Keep in GrowX or the capture button. The extension reads your chosen text, title, and URL after that action. Review the local capture before saving it to a named list in GrowX. On X or Instagram, select text in one post or right-click its permalink. An ambiguous selection keeps the page URL. The captured title is the page title, not a guaranteed post title. YouTube and other video pages can be saved as bookmarks; GrowX does not download videos or automatically retrieve captions or transcripts. Add selected text or your own notes before repurposing a bookmark. Lists and saved sources appear in the same authorized workspace on web and extension; lists are not private access boundaries. Restricted pages and editable fields may require manual paste. Writing changes synchronize with the workspace; AI suggestions and publishing handoffs require your explicit actions. Review the account and exact content before approving a handoff.

Recover or remove data

If a pairing expires or you sign out, pair again as the same person to recover local pending edits. Disconnect clears staged captures but retains separate owner/member draft recovery and does not erase server-saved content. The explicit Clear local recovery data action removes all real-workspace recovery copies on this extension installation after confirmation; save or export anything you need first. Archive is reversible. Email us for permanent saved-data deletion or access assistance. See the privacy policy for retention and provider-transfer details.

Store reviewers and testers

The local demo provides a repeatable capture-and-writing walkthrough without credentials. It does not demonstrate live AI, discovery, account authorization, or publishing. Live private-workspace access must be arranged separately; the demo does not bypass its login. Store review instructions and any designated live test access belong in the Chrome Web Store developer dashboard. No claim of Chrome Web Store approval is made here.
